We're a community nonprofit. We repair homes, deliver food baskets, and run Saturday builds block by block, alongside the families who live there.
Who we are
Neighbors at the center, not beneficiaries.
The name means what it says: the core of the apple is the part that holds the seeds, the part at the center. We work the same way. The people who live on a block decide what's needed, and we do it with them, not for them.
We don't promise transformation. We fix a roof, hand over a basket, run a Saturday build. Concrete things, done well, one after another.
